3rd line Citrix support engineer is needed for a long-term contract role in Perth with a tier-1 mining firm.

**Around $85 per hour +super**

**6 months contract**

The client is a tier 1 mining firm with an excellent reputation globally and nationally and due to the extent of projects and work volume they require an engineer to join the systems support team. The role will be the escalation point for the service desk managing and supporting 3rd line issues and tickets, remediation of existing Citrix platforms in line with current architecture and operating systems standards, assistance with Operational activities such as priority incident management and problem management and after time some project work. Immediate starters needed due to tight turnaround requirements.
