Project Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project delivery records are accurately captured and collated in the electronic document management system.

This includes checking handover packages, collating construction documents, and obtaining system certification related documentation. The role also involves site-based liaison with vendors, monitoring subcontractors' completions deliverables, and coordinating with the Hexagon team to obtain system assurance certificates.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. A recognized degree in Engineering or Construction Management, minimum three years of construction experience, and knowledge of Hexagon completions systems are essential requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with the Precinct Manager and project personnel to ensure the implementation of project completions requirements. You will also participate in meetings to discuss completions performance and assist with compiling data for quality performance reports.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to present information clearly and effectively. You will also need to be adaptable, able to work accurately within scheduled timelines, and possess a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project delivery records in the electronic document management system
