Job Title

Seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to provide delivery support across multiple ICT and business transformation initiatives.

  • Deliver structured project coordination using PRINCE2, Agile, and MSP frameworks
  • Assist with preparation and quality assurance of project documents and reports
  • Coordinate meetings and minutes ensuring effective governance
  • Maintain project schedules and resource allocations using Microsoft Project or similar tools
  • Support timesheet management and effort tracking across projects
  • Prepare and reconcile financial reports including forecasts and billing
  • Maintain risk, issue, and change registers with proactive updates

This role requires collaboration with Program and Project Managers to enable delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Project (Project Online) or similar scheduling tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and a background in public sector or large, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  2. Coordinate project meetings, ensure timely decisions, and maintain accurate records
  3. Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings
  4. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  5. Contribute to the development of project documentation, including business cases, project initiation documents, and project status reports

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to work effectively in a team, and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
