Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Description

This role entails the coordination of end-to-end provisioning, management of timelines and installations with internal teams and external providers, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with SLAs and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new sales, relocations, upgrades, disconnections, and ownership changes
  • Manage delivery progress, flag risks early, and maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers throughout the onboarding journey
  • Handle enquiries, escalations, and customer communication via ticketing systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in service delivery, provisioning, or project coordination (telco or ISP experience highly regarded)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations and troubleshooting delivery challenges
