Manage a new seafood takeaway and eatery in Caringbah

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations across front-of-house and kitchen, including managing staff, ordering, quality control, service delivery, and team culture.

About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our new venue, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

You will have hands-on experience with fryers, POS systems, and food preparation, as well as leadership skills to manage a team of servers and cooks. You must be able to work under pressure, maintain a calm demeanor, and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food industry

- Strong leadership, rostering, and communication skills

- Hands-on, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
