Organisational Development Specialist Role

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team in Logan Central. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading, managing and facilitating change activities to bring initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Needs Analysis: Anticipate and interpret client directorates' people management needs for organisational development initiatives.
  • Change Planning: Design and deliver change, communication and engagement plans for Council.
  • Research and Analysis: Analyse Organisational Development research and trends to inform contemporary people strategy and project initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Experience: Change Management qualifications and/or experience beneficial.
  • Expertise and Coaching: Demonstrated capacity to provide specialist expertise, advice, coaching and change management across a project lifecycle.
  • Project Experience: Demonstrated project experience across projects including employee engagement, change management, workforce planning and performance management.

About the Opportunity:

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
