As a key member of our client's Culture & Change portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans across strategic projects and programs. This role requires a thorough understanding of contemporary change management practices, tools, techniques, and methodologies.
About the Role:- You will work within the Change Management Framework to lead change management activities across multiple, concurrent projects and/or programs within a delivery workstream.
- Develop practical, bespoke change management strategies and plans that help mitigate change impacts.
- Lead the implementation of said change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and learning and development activities.
- Engage with stakeholders on the integration of change management activities into project delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience leading change management activities on complex, high-impact projects and programs, as well as experience working in change management roles supporting technology/digital-based projects.
With a thorough understanding of behavioural science concepts and the ability to draw on this knowledge to develop practical strategies to influence how people adopt change, you will be well-equipped to provide coaching to project management resources regarding contemporary change management activities.
About You:- You hold tertiary qualifications in human resources, behavioural science, organisational psychology, or other relevant fields.
- You have Prosci Certified Practitioner qualification.
- You possess superior stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence leaders and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing addressing senior audiences.
