About the Role

We seek a skilled Organisational Change Business Partner to implement change management strategies.

You will focus on the people side of change, including process, position, and organisational structure changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan stakeholder engagement actions to drive understanding among key stakeholders and business leaders.

- Collaborate to integrate change management activities into project plans.

- Support communications relevant to change initiatives.

- Prepare impact analyses and evaluate the actual impact of changes.

- Identify risk mitigation tactics and manage resistance to change.

- Identify training needs for reskilling impacted staff.

- Coordinate consultation processes for Redeployment and Redundancy per policy.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

- Significant commercial experience in change management related roles.

- Experience with medium and large-scale organisational change efforts.
