Elevate the guest experience by providing exceptional service in a luxurious hotel setting.

Deliver personalized, high-touch service to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for.

Work collaboratively with the team to create seamless and memorable experiences for our guests.

Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation in all Food & Beverage areas.

Stay up-to-date on menu knowledge and wine lists to offer expert recommendations to guests.

Ensure allergen awareness and dietary requirements are met, and perform additional duties as requested by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to represent the brand professionally.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
