Senior Water Process Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water Process Engineer to join our water team in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast offices. The role is available as a part-time or full-time position with flexible start dates.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of water or wastewater treatment projects, collaborating with engineers, planners, designers, and technical specialists. They will work on a strong forward pipeline of work for clients across Australia, including panel, detailed design, and one-off major project engagements.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading and contributing to technical teams delivering legacy-defining water and wastewater treatment projects across Australia and internationally.
  • Delivering process planning and design for water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
  • Delivering high-quality technical outcomes across investigation, analysis, and design.
  • Building strong client relationships to define and deliver tailored water or wastewater solutions through a combination of panel and one-off project engagements.
About the Role

This senior engineering position requires relevant experience in municipal and/or industrial water and/or wastewater treatment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the operation, planning, or design of water and/or wastewater infrastructure.

A bachelor's degree in engineering is essential for this role. Additionally, RPEQ status or the ability to obtain it shortly is required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
