The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Treatment Planner to join our team. As a Treatment Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, working closely with our dentists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our dentists and support staff
  • Coordinate treatment plans and schedules to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Process HICAPS claims and manage patient accounts
  • Liaise with patients and practitioners to ensure seamless communication
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and mailing
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a dental practice
  • Strong working knowledge of dental practice management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of initiative and motivation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
