**About you and the role**:
**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Implement planning strategies and reviews for the project.
- Ensure monitoring and reporting of Project Controls processes are successfully set-up and implemented.
- Interface with project team, partners, clients, stakeholders, consultants, designers, vendors, subcontractors for management of the planning function.
- Early identification and communication of issues and opportunities to the Projects team.
- Compile and collate reference and benchmarking data for future planning purposes.
- Support Project Managers in report interpretation, analysis of project performance, forward planning and development of corrective actions to maximise project delivery outcomes.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Tertiary degree preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Sciences, Project Management or equivalent.
- Previous Planning experience on a civil infrastructure project.
- Intermediate Excel skills for reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to use softwares such as Schedule Risk Analysis, Program Forensic Analysis, Time Chainage Charts.
- Flexibility to be based at the Werribee site Monday to Friday.
