Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our global data strategy across financial products and platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular updates and meetings with stakeholders to track progress, address challenges, and maintain team alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration between business and technical groups.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritise data requirements, aligning them with project objectives and milestones.
  • Collaborate with business users to specify business rules for data quality, monitor progress, and resolve issues according to governance frameworks.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in the financial services industry.
  • Domain knowledge of financial markets and products including front to back system flows and lifecycle events.
  • Interest in data and its use across the organisation, supported by excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Focus on high-quality, timely delivery, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with evolving priorities and changing business needs.
