Our Data Architecture Team within the Commodities and Global Markets business is dedicated to driving the strategic vision for data architecture.
You will be joining a newly formed team focused on design and architecture, supporting efforts to align data, digital, design, and engineering to improve delivery prioritisation, investment decisions, and business outcomes.

What role will you play? As the Head of Commodities and Global Markets Data Architecture, you will lead the design and implementation of our data architecture strategy and frameworks.
You will collaborate with business leaders to ensure data solutions meet needs and regulatory requirements.
Your role includes serving as a trusted business advisor on data matters, establishing governance frameworks, fostering stakeholder relationships, and promoting data-driven decision-making.
You will also build and develop a high-performing team and foster a community of practice in data architecture.
What You Offer Extensive knowledge of modern data architecture principles, concepts, and practices Strong background in data strategy and related technical strategies Experience in enterprise data modelling frameworks and governance Proven ability to drive data architecture governance in complex, dynamic environments Knowledge of data management frameworks (DMBOK, DAMA) is a plus An excellent communicator and storyteller, strategic problem solver, thought leader, team player, with experience in Investment Banking or regulated financial services We encourage anyone inspired to build a better future with us to apply.
