
Workforce Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing job postings and re-postings across various sites. You will also serve as the single point of contact for decentralised sites and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform job postings and re-postings for decentralised sites
- Provide job postings and re-postings, issue contracts, and commence onboarding for corporate support
- Act as the resource coordinator for Brownfields decentralise sites
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using shared mailboxes and common tasks such as posting and reposting job ads
