Employee Relations Advisor
">We are seeking an Employee Relations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, industrial relations or case management, and be able to provide high-quality advice and coaching to line managers on employee relations matters.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day advice and coaching to line managers on grievances, performance management, misconduct, investigations, policy breaches, wellness and health matters. They will also stay abreast of internal policy and external legislation to ensure the highest quality advice is given.
">Influencing, coaching and developing line managers to model the desired interpersonal and leadership skills to create a positive working environment in line with our values and employee relations framework.
">The role is an integral part of the E2E Team Services Tribe reporting to the Product Owner (ER Manager). This is a largely autonomous role focusing on providing high-quality Employee Relations advice to the business.
">Strong mentorship and development; opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest and best minds in Australia. A commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home.
">We're looking for someone who can work effectively in a highly collaborative team of ER professionals. If you have a proven ability to coach and support employees and line managers, and experience interpreting and advising on the Fair Work Act and Enterprise Agreements, we'd love to hear from you.
