Key Role Summary

  • Union Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with unions and manage consultation processes to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to improve employee performance and absence management, ensuring a productive workforce.
  • Policies and Procedures: Create and review policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
