Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Accounts Professional to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the efficient running of our Accounts division, working closely with the wider team to achieve exceptional results.

The Role
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Generate and send remittance advices and debtor chasing
  • Ensure accurate data entry in systems
  • Invoice payment follow-up – liaising with relevant parties and recording contact made
  • Make inquiries on invoices or accounts and coordinate online or phone payments as required
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in accounts management is desired
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Mature-minded, team attitude and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
