Leadership Role in Intelligent Automation

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in intelligent automation technologies like AI, RPA, IDP, and workflow tools to support delivery teams, run experiments, and drive solution development. They will also mentor a skilled team, promote innovation, and work closely with product, data, and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A proven track record in delivering intelligent automation solutions within complex environments.
  • Well-versed in emerging AI technologies, with the ability to translate advancements into practical, real-world solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning and AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar.
  • Capable of transitioning between hands-on technical contributions and strategic leadership, while motivating and bringing out the best in team members.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in intelligent automation platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Hyperscience, PEGA, AWS Q, or Microsoft PowerApps.
