Process Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in RPA to drive business value through process improvements.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building comprehensive business cases, engaging with stakeholders, and analysing HR and Finance Systems to identify opportunities for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present business cases for RPA initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
- Analyse HR and Finance Systems to identify process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement RPA solutions

Technical Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in RPA
- Strong knowledge of HR and Finance Systems
- Familiarity with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and BluePrism
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
