Robotics Automation Developer Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to automate processes and enhance existing automated processes.

  • Configure and develop RPA assets in Blue Prism to meet business requirements.
  • Perform thorough unit testing of automation development to ensure quality solutions.
  • Assist the business with User Acceptance Testing to guarantee accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to best practice methodology, design standards, risk frameworks, and company policies.
  • Proactively raise risks and issues, and perform technical feasibility assessments.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines such as business, IT, engineering, computer science, data science, or other related fields.
  • Experience in delivering robotics automation initiatives and managing international-based stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Blue Prism, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or other platforms, as well as MS Office software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and solution design capability, strong written and verbal communication skills, and adaptability to new challenges.
