Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in developing and implementing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to automate processes, enhance existing automated processes, and facilitate successful transfer of support to the support team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering RPA initiatives, managing stakeholders, and working with Blue Prism. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and solution design capability, strong written and verbal communication skills, and adaptability to new challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure RPA assets using Blue Prism
  • Perform thorough unit testing of all aspects of automation development
  • Assist business stakeholders with User Acceptance Testing
  • Accurately document automated processes and technical aspects of solutions
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that adhere to best practice methodology, design standards, risk frameworks, and company policies
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing automated processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, computer science, data science, or other relevant disciplines
  • Experience in delivering RPA initiatives
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, including international-based stakeholders
  • Experience and/or certification with Blue Prism
  • Experience with intelligent automation and complementary technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and solution design capability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
