Job Description

The role of Automation Professional involves working with stakeholders to enhance existing processes and develop new ones using automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuring and developing automated solutions in adherence with development standards within agreed timeframes
  • Thoroughly testing all aspects of automation development
  • Assisting the business with User Acceptance Testing and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Ensuring that all delivered solutions adhere to best practice methodology, design standards, and risk frameworks
  • Proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues
  • Performing technical feasibility assessments and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Investigating better practices and alternative solutions for improved stakeholder outcomes
  • Attending meetings and actively contributing to project discussions
  • Providing timely updates to stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines, such as business, IT, or engineering
  • Experience in delivering automation initiatives and managing international-based stakeholders
  • Experience with intelligent automation, complementary technologies, and RPA integration
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving and solution design capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to new challenges

  • Capacity to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies
