Job Opportunity: Sponsorships and PR Coordinator

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sponsorships and PR Coordinator to join their Marketing team. This role will play a key part in delivering the company's sponsorship across various regions, specifically focused on partnerships with high-profile sports teams.

  • Coordinate and activate the company's sponsorship of Formula 1 Teams.
  • Own and manage administration and workflow documentation between the company and sponsors to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, building strong working relationships and partnership cadences.
  • Liaise with global stakeholders to maximize the impact of sponsorships in alignment with key market events.
  • Work cross-functionally to keep sponsorships relevant and top of mind, managing delivery across paid and organic social media, PR, events, local activations, product, and CRM.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Raise awareness about the company's brand through strategic partnerships.
  • Create engaging content that showcases the company's value proposition.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's services.
  • Analyze and report on sponsorship performance and ROI based on pre-set KPIs.
Key Skills:
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in sponsorship or partnerships, ideally in PR or related marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working on sponsorships (Formula 1 or other global sports) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, working directly with internal and external executives.
  • Ability to execute multi-layered campaigns with attention to detail and project management.
  • Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong admin and project management skills, being proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • A genuine interest in sports, culture, and global brand-building.
