Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of a Sponsorships Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate the activation of sponsorship agreements with various partners.
  • Manage administrative tasks and workflow documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Liaise with global stakeholders to maximize the impact of sponsorships in alignment with key market events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain sponsorship relevance and visibility across multiple channels.
  • Oversee logistics for sponsored events, including travel arrangements, ticket allocations, and event planning.
  • Ensure timely delivery of sponsorship rights and assets, including branding, content production, hospitality, and talent access.
  • Monitor and report on sponsorship performance and ROI based on established KPIs and metrics.
Public Relations (Australia Focus):
  • Support the execution of PR strategies in Australia.
  • Assist in developing media materials, including press releases, media kits, and briefing documents.
  • Manage administrative tasks and workflow documentation between Airtasker and external agencies.
  • Liaise with PR agencies and support the PR lead in day-to-day management.
  • Engage with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Coordinate case studies for use in PR, social, and sponsorship activities.
  • Support reactive and proactive media opportunities.
  • Track media coverage and performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3-4 years of experience in sponsorship or partnerships, and ideally PR or related marketing roles. Experience working on sponsorships in F1 or other global sports is highly desirable.
