Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Construction Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage construction contracts
  • Review progress claims, issue payment certificates and track job costing
  • Prepare and draft contract variations, delay notices and extensions of time
  • Oversee procurement processes and maintain document control
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards

This is a full-time position based at our central office where you will report to the Property Director. You will be responsible for supporting our strategic building projects.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or 10+ years of industry experience
  • Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws and regulations
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
  • Construction Induction Certificate and current Driver's Licence
