Senior Project Coordinator

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing project administration across Western Australia, Northern Territory, and offshore projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in project coordination, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to project administrators. This includes ensuring accurate and timely delivery of project schedules, documentation, and reporting.
Key qualifications include demonstrated experience in a senior project administration or coordination role, preferably within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.
Additional responsibilities include attending site during shutdowns to coordinate works and support client delivery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards and internal procedures.
Qualifications and Skills- Demonstrated experience in a senior project administration or coordination role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring project support staff.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Navision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
