Overview

Atlas Building (WA) is growing our operations and is looking for a hands-on Yard Manager to take ownership of our formwork/structures site. Currently based across multiple yards in Balcatta, with potential to expand north and south of the river. The Yard Manager leads a small team, manages assets and inventory, and ensures everything is delivered safely and on time.

Experience in formwork/structures is an essential requirement to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations in the yard, ensure the site is maintained and operating within safety regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate the yard and asset workflow to meet project requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Manage inventory levels of construction materials and equipment, coordinating procurement and timely delivery to project sites.
  • Ensure all assets meet relevant safety and compliance standards and regulations.
Qualifications / Essential Experience
  • Experience in formwork/structures is an essential requirement.
