About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team at ING, a leading financial institution embarking on a major transformation program to 'Build the Bank of the Future'. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with various business areas to modernize our core banking platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end scoping, requirements, testing, and implementation of complex projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, visible, and aligned with delivery priorities.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues to relevant project stakeholders, and facilitate resolution.
  • Implement effective risk management at all levels, including overall delivery, feature delivery, vendor management, dependency management, and story card completion.
Requirements
  • Experience in a technical business analyst or delivery role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing timely delivery of complex projects with teams spread across geographical locations.
  • Ability to understand business requirements, technical design, and solution architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on understanding complex back-office processes.
  • Experience working with multiple software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
