**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Coordinator to join our team in monitoring solutions. This role involves providing technical expertise and support for internal monitoring platforms, acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and software engineering teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical assistance and self-deploy for on-site technical support as required.
  • Model and enforce safety and security guidelines.
  • Lead customer meetings and root cause investigations.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and coordinate with relevant departments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum two years' experience in interacting with customers in a technical role.
  • Experience working directly with hardware and/or software systems in data center or high-availability environments.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of monitoring products and services.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills and resolution documentation.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Firm understanding of data communications processes, including network devices, LANs, WANS, VPNs, RDP.
