Job Description:

Wenco is seeking a full-time Digital Solutions Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

The Customer Experience Specialist will act as the primary point of contact and technical solution Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the installation, configuration, and use of the asset health and condition monitoring system - ConSite Mine.

The specialist will be the central point of information, enquiry, and technical support to ensure benefits realization for Consite Mine and related digital solutions for both current and prospective Hitachi dealers-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, support, and generate value for ConSite Mine technical solution for Hitachi dealers and their customers.
  • Coordinate PoV implementations between dealers and delivery teams.
  • Support in-field installation of the ConSite Mine PoV and subsequent ecosystem partner solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with dealers to address technical or solution usage questions, concerns, or roadblocks.
  • Monitor status of the PoV with individual dealers and provide timely updates on any progress, risks, or issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years technical customer support experience in mining equipment and software-based asset health solutions.

Knowledge: Asset management principles, processes, KPIs, standards, and best practices in the mining industry.
