The Role

We seek an ambitious Residential Life Manager to join us at University of Canberra - Campus West, ACT on a full-time basis. This role involves overseeing our Residential Life and Wellbeing Program, developing and organizing events for residents, and promoting residential wellbeing.

You will work closely with a great team of individuals dedicated to delivering a great program and experience for our residents.

  • Someone who is vibrant, enthusiastic, and able to get along with everyone.
  • Comfortable working varied hours, caring about people, and wanting to succeed in life and academia.
  • Supervise, train, and lead a team of staff, work autonomously, and be available on call in the evenings and weekends.

Mandatory requirements include:

  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
