Overview

The Facilities Management team is seeking an experienced professional to join their dynamic branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • National Accommodation Management: organizing workflow, making decisions within defined parameters, and seeking guidance when required.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the team.
  • Interpreting and complying with business processes and legislative frameworks.
  • Undertaking inbox management and data entry tasks.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Performing moderately complex facilities tasks under routine direction.
  • Making independent decisions relating to area of responsibility.
  • Identifying and contributing to business process improvement activities.
  • Leading research, development, drafting, and review of comprehensive property policies, procedures, manuals, and templates.

Success Factors:

The successful candidate will take an active role in both project work and business-as-usual activities, helping pave the way for future facilities landscape.
