The Role

The Property Operations Team undertakes a range of property management services. We are a friendly, committed team that works hard, and acknowledges our success.

We support staff to have a better day at work from any of our locations, which in turn supports the outcomes of both departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, managing and mentoring a small customer focused team providing accommodation planning across multiple locations.
  • Liaising with various business areas regarding their long and short-term accommodation needs.
  • Arranging moves, or larger scale strategic block and stack activity, as required.
  • Managing approved user moves, including establishing, overseeing and responding to requirements raised through committees.
  • Procurement and contract management of services related to accommodation changes and/or user moves.
