Occupational Therapist Role

Our organisation is seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join its multi-disciplinary team in Young, Canowindra and surrounds.

  • The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions under Aged Care Funding to help clients continue living at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments of clients in community-based settings.
  • Design tailored programs for aged care clients based on their specific needs and goals.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven ability to assess and address the occupational therapy needs of clients in a community-based setting.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to utilise required software to facilitate remote work.
