Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Nurses and Care staff in the clinical management of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for the aged or health-related area, with strong leadership skills and good interpersonal and written English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the care plans of residents and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Act as an adviser in response to the complex nursing and care needs of all residents
  • Practice continuous improvement activities to maintain a high standard of client care
  • Liaise with Doctors, Paramedics, hospitals, health care professionals, and other specialist service providers as required
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in caring for the aged or health-related area
  • Registered Nurse experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal and written English communication skills
