Care Delivery Specialist

As a Care Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting Registered Nurses and Care staff in clinical management, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring resident care plans to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
- Providing guidance and support on complex nursing and care needs
- Promoting continuous improvement in client care standards
- Regularly reviewing and updating care plans as needed
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and paramedics, to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years' experience in caring for the aged or health-related area
- Registered Nurse experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Numeracy skills for reconciliations and statistics
- Sensitivity to and understanding of elderly needs in a residential care setting
