At the heart of our care community, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Therapist.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a vital role in promoting emotional and physical well-being through engaging recreational activities and holistic lifestyle programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care.

- Utilize your expertise to create and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that promote physical and emotional rehabilitation.

- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to provide exceptional care and support.

- Work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to ensure effective program implementation and evaluation.

Requirements:

- A Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (Diversional Therapy) or equivalent qualification.

- Proven experience in delivering therapeutic programs and services in a care setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- A passion for working with older adults and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
