Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Service Delivery:

    • Engage with stakeholders to meet service level agreements and ensure customer needs are met
    • Implement monitoring tools and techniques to track service performance
    • Monitor delivery team performance and provide feedback for improvement
    • Resolve system and service problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Application Support:
    • Investigate and resolve service problems in a prompt and professional manner
    • Document problems in reporting systems to track and analyze issues
    • Ensure team outcomes and user needs are met by providing exceptional support
    • Provide enhanced support for software releases and updates
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve problems and implement solutions
    • Follow established standards and procedures to ensure quality and consistency
    • Create support procedures and documentation to aid in problem resolution
    • Analyze patterns for process improvement and recommend adjustments
    • Monitor system metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize performance
    • Adhere to safety, security, and quality standards to ensure a secure and reliable service
    • Prepare software implementation procedures to ensure smooth deployment
    • Collect performance statistics using DBMS tools to track and analyze service performance
Requirements:
  • Experience with the following technologies/services is required:

  • Desirable skills include:
