Agile Delivery Specialist

Leidos is seeking a skilled Agile Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to capture and utilize user stories and requirements, ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Agile teams to gather and prioritize user requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with development and integration teams.
- Support development activities, including testing and validation.
- Participate in Agile sprints, providing user representation during testing and validation.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery teams and automated CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Strong business analysis skills, including advanced principles, methodologies, and concepts.
- Experience working with national security agencies and in highly-secure environments.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, including public cloud and on-premise environments.
- Qualifications in Agile delivery, CI/CD, business analysis, business architecture, and OCM are highly desired.
Additional Information
Due to the nature of the work, this role requires Australian citizenship and a TSPV security clearance. Applicants may also need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
