Learning Experience Designer

Possability Group is seeking a talented learning experience designer to join our team and help shape the future of learning across our organisation.
Main Responsibilities- Design, develop, and evaluate high-quality learning experiences across formats including eLearning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and microlearning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are aligned with business goals and learner needs.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and content mapping.
- Design and develop instructional materials using models like ADDIE or SAM.
- Create engaging content for digital and face-to-face delivery storyboards, scripts, assessments.
- Build eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in instructional design or learning development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia design software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
