As a key player in the development of innovative solutions, we are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing training materials used in our Air Traffic Control and associated support systems. This will include creating Computer Based Training content using Adobe Captivate, as well as supporting key training design and development activities.

The role requires a demonstrated record of successfully designing, delivering and developing effective online learning experiences, with a focus on building upon instructional theory and best practice.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Producing high-quality training resources that meet the needs of our customers
  • Supporting the development of relevant technical and operational training and assessment solutions
  • Participating in the development and maintenance of training and assessment materials and solutions
  • Developing and facilitating the training evaluation process

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Extensive experience in developing sophisticated Computer Based Training using Adobe Captivate
  • Demonstrated skills in managing complex online learning projects to successful delivery
  • Substantial knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts
