Job Title: Learning Experience DesignerJob Role:

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing video education products that align with and support our strategic objectives. Your primary role will be to create engaging, educational videos for our online courses and products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools relevant to video and audio production
  • Strong working knowledge of AI-based video platforms such as Synthesia for producing voiceover and avatar-led videos
  • Experience using animation and explainer tools like Vyond to create visually engaging and educational video content
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theory, and ability to apply them to video design
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects, managing timelines and meeting delivery expectations
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
