**Marketing and Sales Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist and Sales Assistant to support our business objectives. This role combines the responsibilities of marketing product campaigns and maintaining online presence with assisting sales teams in-store.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining two websites to a high standard
  • Product uploading and management
  • Designing graphics for in-store and online use
  • Content creation and social media maintenance
  • Creating online sales and achieving targets

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Cash handling and processing payments and returns
  • Sales support, up-selling or cross-selling products to customers
  • Stocking, merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation
  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, answering questions about merchandise and handling complaints or issues

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Dedication to accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with inventory control processes and cash handling
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent time management, organisational and technical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers and higher management
  • Experience working collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
