Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling, banking integrity, and tendering transactions.
  • Manage store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity; handle telephone enquiries and support marketing and promotional activity.
  • Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and control of expenses.
  • Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures and work collaboratively to deliver a positive store and channel experience for customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries as required and contribute to brand presentation through merchandising and in-store marketing.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge via available online platforms and development opportunities.
