Sugar Cane Crop Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sugar Cane Crop Sales Specialist to join our team in Northern Queensland. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing strong relationships with farmers and producers, providing expert agronomic advice, and driving business growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their business goals, sharing market information to improve farming enterprise performance, and maintaining existing client relationships. You will also target new clients, coordinate field days and farmer meetings, and provide ongoing support to ensure the success of our customers.

Requirements:
  • Established reputation as a trusted advisor in an agronomy role
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the sales process and sales activity management
  • Tertiary qualification in agricultural science or related field
  • Current driver's license and experience in agronomic advisory roles
