Home Lending Professional

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Lending Professional to join our team. As a key member of our home lending team, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve their homeownership goals.

About the Role:

  • Grow our consumer lending book by identifying and meeting customer needs and maximizing customer retention.
  • Unlock new home lending opportunities within existing portfolios, work with aligned professionals to generate referrals, and participate in local business generation and targeted marketing activities.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service by accurate and timely processing of lending applications.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate drive and tenacity, experience and enjoyment of all aspects of financial analysis, demonstrated lending experience, passion for relationship management, and system knowledge – Siebel, OBP, and EBL.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Acquisition: Identify and meet customer needs, maximizing customer retention and growing our consumer lending book.
  2. Lending Opportunities: Unlock new home lending opportunities within existing portfolios, working with aligned professionals to generate referrals and participating in local business generation and targeted marketing activities.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service by accurate and timely processing of lending applications.
