Key Responsibilities:- Ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, adhering to Aged Care quality Standards and CHL policy and procedures.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes.
- Work in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures, including IPC, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Residential Manager to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role.
- Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
- Strong customer-centric approach to business.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Competent IT skills including full Microsoft suite.
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
