About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth and expansion in the architectural specification market. As a Commercial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

  • Achieving budgeted sales and gross margins through effective sales strategies and relationship management
  • Developing and managing commercial opportunities, including specifying and installing door opening solutions
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, and facility managers
  • Maintaining market intelligence and competitor activity
  • Demonstrating product effectiveness to various stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales and/or key account management, preferably in the architectural specification market
  • Selling skills to bring in new businesses while maintaining existing accounts
  • Commercial acumen and good judgment skills in decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, as well as presentation and communication skills
