Executive Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Infrastructure Project Lead to join our dynamic team at Yarra City Council.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and manage project priorities to ensure effective resource allocation, meeting project outcomes, delivery benchmarks, and budget targets.
- Regularly review project productivity, effectiveness, quality, and profitability, including project follow-up to monitor deliverables.
- Review and approve quote submissions, proposals, or tenders in accordance with allocated budgets.
- Ensure projects are executed in line with Project Administration Procedures, including initiation, fee proposals, administration, document control, invoicing, and reviews.
- Build and maintain professional relationships within the industry to ensure respect and regard.
- In conjunction with the Senior Coordinator, identify opportunities for value creation and assist in pursuing them.
- Review equipment and resource requirements with the Senior Coordinator to effectively deliver projects.
- Maintain a safe working environment for team members.
- Ensure professional standards and council objectives, including budget targets, service quality, reputation, OH&S, and environmental standards, are met.
